TV Spots are specific videos about LSD: Dream Emulator, used to promote / advertise it on Japanese Gaming Television. LSD: Dream Emulator had a small number of Japan-only TV spots to advertise its release on 22nd of october 1998.

In this short advertisement video there will be a man saying "Is This Legal?". Right after, a fast compilation of early LSD: Dream Emulator screenshots made by OSD Team flies by. Then, the text appears, announcing the LSD's release date ( 22.10.1998 ) as well as additional Music CDs: Lucy in the Sky with Dynamites and LSD & Remixes, while short clips of gameplay are playing as background. When the announce comes to an end, the man from the beginning appears again and laughs on LSD letters above.

When the sped up footage that comes after when the man says "Is This Legal?" is slowed down, it will reveal that, this is actually a sped up showcase of numerous screenshots from LSD: Dream Emulator itself at the time of it's beta testing.
