Trumpeters are toy-like objects that spawn on the two sets of grandstands outside of the castle in Happy Town on A-type days of the game. They will always play their trumpets when approached. Players cannot link with the trumpeters directly, but with the blue staircases they stand on instead. The stairs will link to Sun Faces Heave, and is one of the only ways of getting there.

Trivia

• Trumpeters only appear on A-type days. This means that, by extension, the Prince and Princess will be present if the trumpeters are.
• Trumpeters are completely identical copies of the Soldiers, with the addition of a trumpet.
• In the LSD Demo Movie, trumpeters used to have a unique texture, and in the final version, they have a single, stretched texture.

Technical and Hacking

• The Giant Astronaut samples the music they play, drastically slowed down.
• Each trumpeter trigger is considered to be a memorable event. It means, that Flashback sequence will record every trumpeter activation and then replay it multiple times during the session. This feature can be abused to unlock the Flashback option faster.
