An example of an object that appears in Kyoto; the Minotaur.

Objects are special entities that may link the player to other parts of the dreamscape. In LSD: Dream Emulator, objects may be present or absent depending on the current day. Objects may react if observed or approached.

The appearance of objects range from everyday objects, such as birdcages or crystals, to living creatures, such as lions or even people. Some objects are fantastical in nature, such as the Starship and the Kitsune.

Mechanics[]

Objects are very important in structure of core game mechanics. Each object's spawn or trigger changes your future playthrough in some way. Objects can also be used as a way to get to specific locations via static links.

Which and where do the objects spawn on any particular day is based on the current Day Type and the player's current generation. Some objects may participate in certain rare events that may be activated if certain interactions are made by the player.
