A dumpster with severed limbs clearly visible inside can be found in the outer most part of the alleyways in the Violence District.
Looking down in front of the dumpster will cause one of the limbs to fall out, and the dream will either end shortly after, or a video clip about flying over the Violence District will play.
It's not possible to link with, the player will simply phase through it.
Speculation
The dumpster seems to have been based off of this picture from the Dream Journal.
Another theory is that the limbs are the players and when the player realises this, the game will either wake up or have a video of them flying over the Violence District and this could symbolise going to heaven after dying.
